I have had a business relationship with 365 Office Solutions going back many years, including previous roles at other companies. I have been with my current employer for over 7 years and my role covers the print/copy solution for the college.

 

Our previous copier/printer contract was coming to an end, after 5 years, so we put the contract out to tender, which included 365. We had 23 devices over 3 floors using Equitrac software, that were used by both staff and students, so they were very heavily used machines.

 

The requirements for the new contract was to provide a solution that reduced costs by at least 30%, but also allow us to continue using Equitrac, as it was already integrated into our system.

365 came in & carried out a detailed site survey and offered a Canon solution which included the use of our existing software and reduced the fleet to 16 but that included keeping a few of the existing machines thus enabling us to save some money on our capital outlay. They also facilitated the removal of all our old leased machines & returned to the previous supplier at a much reduced cost.

 

Our award of the contract to 365 was not only based on cost savings but the suppliers ability to be flexible in their approach to our changing needs which 365 have more than proved their worth over the last 2½ years.

We maintain a stock of toners and other consumables on site for swift changeover and the machines are regularly checked and monitored. Any requests are promptly actioned and billing is clear and concise, allowing us to manage our budget effectively.
