365 Office Solutions was incorporated in November 2013. The company was formed on the ethos of creating a service led organisation that places customer satisfaction, flexibility, and approachability at the heart of all our activities. Both directors worked for a previous company together for over fifteen years prior to that business being acquired by a competitor. Within the first year it became quite apparent their ethos didn’t align with ours, the customer did not come first and it was all about maximising profit to the detriment of the client.


Following the formation of 365 Office Solutions several previously looked after, highly regarded organisations recognised the work ethic of 365 and decided to move their print and copy requirements to us. This has meant that we have achieved significant growth in the time we have been trading and more importantly cemented our relationship with those clients that continue to show faith in us.

365 Office Solutions work closely with Canon UK Ltd to deliver end to end solutions that address the challenges of our customers from small desktop printers to fully managed MPS solutions, document management and document process solutions. Awarded Canon Silver Accreditation. 


In 2019 we were shortlisted for the Surrey Business awards in the category of ‘outstanding customer service.

ON YOUR TERMS

Our contracts are clean and transparent and you will not find yourself locked into an onerous minimum billing or volume agreement. Indeed we don’t lock you in at all, we trust in our provision of quality personal service and support to retain you over the years rather than a dubious contractual tie.
